Do you ever catch yourself second guessing your work, your offer, the pricing, the value? Do you catch yourself wondering if people are gonna see you and whether or not they'll trust that what you've created has any value? Or how about have you ever decided to grossly over deliver and stack bonus after bonus just to justify and prove to people that it's worth.
Their money and their time, even though this is something that you've literally spent years mastering, or even worse, do you compare yourself to others in your niche and decide that something must be wrong with you or your offer because everyone else is doing so well, but you're not even sure what the heck you're doing.
So why would somebody pay premium pricing for your work? And I already know that the answer is yes, that you've had some or all of those thoughts at some point. So today's episode, it's gonna be a little bit different because I wanna break this down even deeper than I have in the past. And this is an episode that I've been sitting on for a while because honestly, it's very raw, it's very uncomfortable for me.
Um, and because it's so freaking uncomfortable me, for me to talk about, I'm gonna sit in that and I'm gonna do the work right now, right here on this podcast to expand my own capacity. While being of greater service to you by admitting the truth about my own relationship with energetics, self-worth and sales in general.
And I'm kicking off something that is going to be sort of a little miniseries that I'm thinking of as. Sort of the energetics behind successful sales. So over the next few episodes, we're gonna crack open these hidden layers that really impact how you show up, how you sell, and how you receive the money, the time, the respect, the freedom that you know you want and that you actually deserve, because.
Strategy is only half the story. No amount of strategy can fix a lack of self-worth. So your energy and how you show up energetically is the glue that makes this whole thing work or not. So grab a cup of tea, grab your journal, um, maybe even grab like an emotional support blanket for this one, and let's unravel some of these.
Energetic situations. Hey there, and welcome to the Mindset To Market Podcast, your go-to place for practical tools and solutions for the everyday challenges of being a creative and spiritual solopreneur living in a material world. I'm your host. Deborah Smith. I'm a holistic business coach with 17 years of experience, and I help my clients bust through mindset blocks and build a daily practice that prioritizes your business's financial growth as well as your personal health and wellness.
I'm here to offer you support, creativity, mindset, practical how-tos, and getting into imperfect messy actions so you can find balance while building the dream. Business. If you're a purpose-driven solepreneur, who's working on that dream one day at a time, then you're in the right place. Let's dive in.
Welcome back to the show. I wanna start today with something that I have felt so many times in my own business, and maybe you felt it too. It's that quiet gut twisting fear that says. What if I'm not really worth what I want to charge? For my service, my business, my product, whatever. For me, this shows up every time I'm about to raise my prices or create something new that I'm launching or offer something bigger.
It's this little sneaky voice that says, who do you think you are? Why would anyone actually pay you that much money for anything? What? What you know? What do you think you're actually doing? Where is this coming from? What gives you the right to step into this position of leadership and authority? And just dismantles my sense of self-worth and value.
And so here is what is true for me. I am guilty of grossly undercharging for my work.
Leveling up my prices to reflect my experience has been nothing short of painful for me. I mean, I want to sugarcoat this because I want it not to be true, but it is true. So I have to own that if I wanna shift away from that. And so I hope this is of service to you when I say that, asking for what I need to make it all work, right, to make this be a viable operational business.
It has been an internal battle that's deeply rooted in my young life experiences. Um, something that I have visited in therapy, in other programs. I've done so much work around this and finally in a place where I feel like talking about it not only is something I can do, but it makes so much sense to shift.
By talking about it. So it took me years upon years to admit that I had a self value, self-worth issue, and, and it took me even more years after that to start to reconstruct how I built my business transactions, right? The actual doing of business money for time, for value, for product, for service, to begin to sort of repair that, that deep rooted young life damage.
And the reason it took so long is because the work to fix this type of issue is not about strategy or some type of an external factor that we can just tweak. It's not about tweaking your messaging. It's not about a more hooky, you know, piece of content or like a sales page that's speaking directly to my ideal client.
None of that stuff can fix my own energetic self worth. So it's an inside job and it's all about these deep rooted beliefs that we have about ourselves. And even after years of doing this work, I sometimes still catch myself shrinking my prices. Um, I catch myself wanting to overdeliver over overexplain, um, proving to people, right?
Trying to prove to people. That the value is in there, that, you know, stacking on extra bonuses or just basically trying to justify my offer and the value of the things that I've, I've literally spent decades of my life mastering. So I remember my very first. Big course launch that I, that I did. Um, it was for a program called Plant Powered Kitchen, and this course was essentially my entire holistic health coaching one-on-one program, broken down into videos, trainings, and modules.
It was six very hardy modules with tons of nutrition lessons and cooking classes and all the tools that one could possibly need to help transform. Their relationship to cooking and eating with, you know, plant-based recipes at the core of it all. And I added weekly live cooking classes and one-on-one coaching and, you know, sessions so that the members all had opportunities to talk with me privately about their body, their health issues, anything that was very, you know, private and.
At the end of the day, food is such a personal experience, so I wanted to make sure people felt safe and that they could trust me and that they would really take this seriously. And yes, this course was stacked and packed with value and support tools and a community, and I was charging $297 wa to participate in this like.
MI think it was three months of coaching so much energy, so much, so much inside this experience. And I was charging 2 97 because I was terrified to charge too much. I was terrified that nobody would buy it. Uh, I just literally could convinced myself that it was asking too much to charge more than that, and I.
Convinced myself that I would have this like founding members launch, and I would just do it at 2 97. And, you know, I had a, a pretty big community of followers at that point. I'd been in business for many, many years with the physical, um, in real life business that I ran, which was a juice bar and a catering company, and had all these other, you know, things going on.
And so I launched it and I should have had dozens and dozens of people in there. But because I was so afraid to ask for any amount of money to do this program. I wound up with like seven people and so now I'm running this program for whatever, seven times 2 97 is like very, very little money was earned and it was like three months of my life where I was like locked into this huge coaching container where I was, you know, personally guiding all of these seven people through this huge transformation.
It was just so out of balance you guys, and then on top of, you know, everything that had. Already put into the course I was doing backflips to get them to show up, sending tons of emails, you know, reaching out and trying to get them to participate and care about it. Um, I was just absolutely gutting myself.
To help these people, and you can probably guess, and you may already know why they didn't show up, because they didn't really have any skin in the game. Like for them, they didn't have to care that much because they paid 2 97 and it was cheap to them, right? And cheap items aligned with cheap value and cheap results.
So if they made it to maybe one cooking class and maybe learned a few new recipes, they were like, cool, like I got the value that I paid for and I'm over here. Like in tears, you guys sobbing because nobody was gonna get these big transformative results that I had promised, and then I was gonna have nothing to talk about, right?
Because you don't get results if you don't put in the work. And nobody was gonna put in the work to do three months of constantly showing up in all these deep emotional, you know, journaling exercises and stuff, because they didn't invest in that. So there were no stakes, there was no value and there were no results.
And it was so painful for me. Um, and a dear friend of mine who's in the online coaching space had the empathy and the kindness to tell me that I was, you know, grossly undercharging by so much. And she said, look, if you really wanna get results and you wanna get the right people in this container, you need to charge like $2,000 per person to get in.
You guys, I, I think I almost threw up. Like I was so blocked around asking for that level, that type of investment or money for my work. I could not do it. Now, mind you, this is after being self-employed for 15 years. I have not worked at this point in my career, I had not taken a paycheck from a boss in 15 years.
15 years, I am in the game running a successful, multifaceted citywide catering company. Huge contracts, working with the parks department, working with, you know, earning seven figures, plus holding space for huge staff, celebrity clients, high-end brand partnerships, doing all the things. And even with that experience and, and that whole.
You know, business under my belt still, when it came to, to me, to me as a coach, my name, my face, my personal experience, uh, the brand was now Debra. I couldn't hide behind the juice truck. I couldn't hide behind the products. It was like me asking for money, for my knowledge, my energy, my story. It was just so painfully hard for me to do, and I was diminishing my own value.
And, you know, as a result, I hardly made any money from that first launch. Certainly not enough to, to justify doing it again. Um, but I had no choice to do it again because I just built this course and I, I had to make it work. So, um, I had to look at these parts of me that were, that didn't believe I was good enough.
I had to. I had to ask hard questions. Why don't I think my very hard one experience is of value? Why don't I think that they would believe that I'm good enough? And it's so painful it goes to such deep young life trauma. Um, but sitting with those, those young life beliefs and stories helped me so much to shift away from that.
And I was able to. Raise my prices and relaunch that course, and I didn't do it all at once. You guys, I did not just go from 2 97 to, you know, $2,000 per person. I went up to 4 97 that I went up to 1497. The last time I launched that program, it was 1497. I don't think I ever got up to the 1997 that I was being coached to get to.
Um, but mainly because I started working more with one-on-one business coaching clients. So, anyways. The other place that this, you know, diminished self-worth and this pattern behavior of not believing I was good enough has shown up for me is in my one-on-one coaching with business clients. Um, I've had clients where I was just giving so much and giving so much and overdelivering so hard that they started feeling uncomfortable 'cause they could feel the imbalance and they were like.
Um, I feel like I should be paying you more for how much you're supporting me, and I knew that this was a place where I was devaluing myself again and my time and not setting good enough boundaries and not monitoring my time in the space that I was giving. So I had to look at it again, and I had to set better boundaries, and I had to go back and ask for help, and I had to raise my prices a lot.
Actually, this, this was about four years ago. I had a major, major reframe with my business coaching program where I had to really like double my prices. Um, and even with that process, I, I'm still doing this work just this year, this year, 2025. I've had three, not one, not two, but three separate clients reach out to me by phone or by email and say.
Hey, I just want you to know, I am so grateful for all that you have done to help me. Without you, I could not have done what I just did, my launch, everything that I did. Um, and I'm so, you know, thank you so much for your amazing support. But you should also know that the last coach that I hired charged me five times your rate, and honestly delivered a fraction of the value.
And you really should be charging more for your program. Like they waited until our contract was done to tell me because they weren't sure yet. Like I think everybody's always wondering, am I gonna get the value? And that's a huge problem with this industry is, you know, there are many coaches out there who astronomically inflate their prices.
And then under deliver and there's so much distrust and like buyer's remorse that, and I'm so conscious of that. So I think I, you know, the pendulum really swings backwards. Um, but I was still, I was aware that what they were saying was true and that I was undercharging. Um, I knew that I was doing it and, and I still did it because, I don't know, it's just an area where I'm in the process of.
Finding that sweet spot, like what is the right price point for the amount of support that I give. Also, my coaching program, my, my one-on-one clients can tell you and anybody that's worked with me, I'm not a typical coach. I don't actually really refer to myself as a coach. Often. I'm more of a service provider in that my one-on-one clients, when we work together.
Yes, I coach them. Yes, they get a coaching program. Yes, there's support with mindset and reframing and I give them all the coaching questions, et cetera. But I also, I'm a service provider. I am actually building, you know, hands-on constructing. Doing graphic design, doing, um, strategic sales based design with sales pages and funnel building.
So it's more than just coaching. It's very hybrid because I'm very hands on. So, you know, that's another reason why I have to reflect back on pricing. So the point of all of me telling you these stories and almost like, you know, shamefully embarrassing myself to admit that I struggle with this problem, is that.
My goal is to help you not stay in that place any longer than necessary. And so if my experience can help you shift quicker to charging what you're worth, then it's worth it for me to embarrass myself a little bit and get vulnerable. So if you have ever experienced something like this, if you have had a launch where you underpriced your course or your, you know, reprogramming, if you have had a client that you've.
You know, given way too much to, or let them kind of push past your boundaries. Or if you've had a time that maybe you wanted to raise your prices but you didn't do it, then you are most certainly not alone. And my, my hope is that in this mini series, we're gonna really tackle some of this stuff. Okay? I am here to speak the shame out loud, to release any resentment that I hold towards, you know, other people in the, in the, you know, in my niche who maybe are.
Happily getting paid what they're worth because they're not struggling with this issue. And really just name the fear, name it so I can shift away from it and help you do the same. And so what I'm gonna do is I'm going to share stories like I just did and reflections on how that has helped me. Uh, I will be sharing some journal prompts that you can use to get into your own head and find out where you might be blocked, and then as always, some actionable steps that you can take to help you not stay stuck in that place if you're struggling with this.
So, for all of anyone listening who's like, oh my God, oh my God, that's me. Um, you're not alone and let's do the work. Okay? And I can't promise this is gonna be easy for me because honestly, sharing these stories. Is gonna require me not to only be vulnerable, but also to expose my own shame spirals and honestly to admit to moments when I've been resentful and felt afraid.
Uh, so, but I know that this is the path forward for anyone who is seeking to heal that wound. And if you yourself, wanna get into the business of helping others heal and, and shine their light a little bit brighter. Then we have got to put in the work and I'm down to put in the work if you are. Um, so let's transition to the bigger truth here.
And I know that I'm not the only one. I know I'm not because the women who I currently coach who are smart, soulful, seasoned, like many of these women are experts in their niche, expert, you know, have done the trainings, have the accreditations. Accreditations, I can never say that word, but when I meet with them.
Because I am sitting in the role of guide and coach, they whisper these same fears to me too, right? Saying things like, who am I to charge that much money for my program? Or what if people see me as being greedy and think I'm one of those coaches who doesn't inflate their prices? Or the dreadful? What if nobody buys?
I mean, y'all. Oh my God. We have all, if you're in the business of launching a program, a product, or a service into the world, if you are in the online space in any capacity, you have felt the what If nobody buys. We all feel it. We all feel it. It's, it's a terror that lives in each one of us. And this, this fear is, it's, like I said before, it's much deeper than strategy.
You could have the most absolutely stunning brand, you know, gorgeous colors, gorgeous fonts, head to toe. Perfect. You could have the emails ready to go and the perfectly aligned strategy you could be all up in your custom GPTs getting like dialed into like, you know. Exactly what your ideal client needs to hear you say.
But if you don't believe that you are worthy of receiving, then guess what? There's a really good chance nobody's gonna buy. And so if we don't look at that, then it leaks out everywhere. It leaks into your messaging, it leaks into your conversations when you're talking on a sales call. So let's talk about what's actually happening.
When we hold onto fear, okay, this is Energetics 1 0 1. First undercharging creates what I call trying energy. So just like when I launched for 2 97 and then wound up doing backflips to get them to, to participate when you show up, trying so hard to convince people to buy, but deep down you don't believe the value is there.
It's obvious to the person on the. Other end of the sales conversation, they can feel you that you don't believe in your own product. I've talked about this on other podcast episodes. We're gonna go deeper on it in this one. Okay? When you show up in a trying energy or like a proving energy, it's super uncomfortable for the person who you're selling to, like they need you to lead them.
To the sale with your confidence that your thing is exactly what they need. So if you're not confident that your thing is exactly what they need, then you need to go back to that thing and either look at the offer. 'cause it could be that your offer is actually not quite baked all the way, but if it's not the offer, it's, it could very well be your own self value and the energetics behind the sale.
Okay, so number one is undercharging creates trying energy. Proving energy, and that that is just not, does not lead to sales. Okay? The second thing is you fall into this need energy, right? You need that client to say yes so that you can feel okay about your price. So instead of holding your own worth as already true and stepping into a conversation about your product or service.
From the point of view of knowing that your worth is, is already present and that you deserve to receive, you wind up almost. It's, it's, it's like sneakily manipulative, right? Like, it's like you're, you need them to buy from you. So you start saying things that you think they need to hear in order for them to buy.
As opposed to saying what they actually need to hear for them to buy, which is pointing out for them how you can help them. So it's, it, it messes with your messaging so bad. Like it's, it's so sneaky how this winds up in your copy and in your conversations and when you go live. So when you're in that need energy, like, oh God, I really need this to work.
I need someone to buy today, or I'm not gonna make it. I need this program to work, or I'm gonna have to get a job. That energy is so unattractive. It is not magnetic, and it is all about you not holding your worth as already valuable. The third thing that we do when our energy is. Is off or undervaluing, is that we hide, right?
We're afraid to be visible. Our visibility shrinks, we pull back from our offers. We don't show up as much as we need to for people to believe that we're all actually doing the thing, right? Our voice, our magic, we diminish our own value. And look, I, I'm well aware that. My life experience has value, and I'm well aware that I have had some magical, magical, magical things that I've experienced and brought to this world.
I believe in myself. I believe in my magic, but because I have these, you know, deeply, deeply energetic beliefs that are from a long time ago, from when I was a kid, that I still need to bring to the surface and release, and because I do that work, I'm aware of it, but, but. Uh, it, it can sneak in so easily. So, you know, that third piece is that we hide ourselves because we don't feel safe to take up energetic space that the big work really requires.
This happens a lot, you guys. I see this with a lot of my clients wanting to create brand or product names that they can hide behind. And as I've already shared, I was hiding behind. The name of my company for so long, I did not want to be named in my business, even though that business was me. I mean, it didn't function without me.
I, I think I've covered that. I built a business that. Could only function if I was present and like I, it was broken from the beginning because I was, it didn't run without me. It could not function without me. Um, in my interview with Jen Marillo, this was two episodes ago, episode 77, Jen talked about build it from the get go, building a business as if you're going to sell it, because it creates this experience from the get go where you're like.
Se it's separate from you. And even if you have a personal brand, you can create your business with this sense of value, that it's gonna be so good that you could sell it or franchise it. Um, and it's important because it needs to function without you. So if you haven't listened to that interview, it's really juicy.
Jen shared some incredibly cool, um, and powerful lessons. So, so all of this is to say that. You know, the energetics of how you show up inside your business is why your marketing can start to feel exhausting, right? So I hear my clients say all the time, oh my God, it's just so much like we have to show up and we have to keep showing up, and we have to keep on, like going live and talking about the thing.
And it's so exhausting. It's that you're exhausted because you don't believe in your value. Like, I hate to say it so bluntly, but that is what's happening When you believe in your value and when you know that your offer is so good, and when you know that your offer is gonna move people to take actions that are going to transform their life, not only is it so much easier to show up, it is joyful and rejuvenating to sell your offer because you know.
Without a doubt. Without a shadow of a doubt that the thing you created is gonna change their life. And so when you feel that good about yourself and the thing you created selling is rejuvenating, it is joyful. It's like a fountain that keeps on giving and giving and giving. And it's hard to explain like the difference.
But having lived on both sides of the. That curtain, like having been the person who was just like, literally felt like I was gonna vomit, having to raise my prices, to now being a person who is like cannot wait to talk about my program, cannot wait to bring new people into my offer because I know I'm gonna get the results.
That they're gonna get the results, right? Me getting results is them getting results. I know that my work is good. I know I can help them get results. I know I can help them sell out their offers and shift their energetics and shift their marketing and start making good money. And I know it because I, I took the time to excavate these young life beliefs.
Beliefs and these inner workings inside of myself, and I now believe that I am worth it. Period. That's it. I am a kick ass coach. Now I have, I create kickass programming now. Highly valuable offers that people get big results from and big transformations from because I charge my worth. So when people step in to my work, they're gonna do the work because they're paying for the work.
They show up every week ready to work, then they do the work. And guess what? When you do the work, it works. And now they're getting results and they're selling out offers and they're launching new things and they're making money and they feel motivated and they feel the momentum and, and with that, they are looking at themselves and saying, wow, this was here all along.
I can now release a little bit. More of those doubts and those fears because I'm getting momentum and I'm getting support, and I'm believing in myself. So here's the paradox. The more visible you are, the more you call in the people who will pay you, but you can't be visible if you're carrying that shame around your pricing, around your offer, around your own self value.
So when your pricing matches your real expertise and your lived experience, and you stand in that energy. It feels clear, it feels calm and, and really unshakeable, right? You don't need to push, you don't need to persuade, you don't need to prove, you just need to be the leader who believes in her work enough to charge for it.
So let's have a moment of reflection. Okay? I wanna ask you a question, and I hope that you'll write this down in your journal. So feel free to grab a journal, hit pause, get a pen. And be honest with yourself. Where in your business are you still shrinking? Where are you hiding? Where are you undercharging to feel safer?
Where are you playing small inside your business? And what would shift for you if you charged like the leader? That you already are.
Just pause for a minute and feel that what would shift for you if you were to charge like the leader that you are,
because your realignment to arrive in a place where you're getting paid what you're worth. Starts with the answers to these questions with an honest look at the mismatch between your soul and the powerful gift that you have. And like your strategy and your messaging and your sales pages and all the things like as a marketing strategist and a marketing coach for now many, many years, and having shifted all of this stuff for myself and having built multiple businesses and then burned them down and having burnt out and having re-envisioned this stuff.
I can honestly promise you that this inner work is where you will make the most progress in your financial life. It's, it's really, uh, directly correlated. So with that, you know, please take time to write down the answers to those questions for yourself and take a look at those answers, and here's some tangible next steps.
All right, let's move this from mindset into marketing, right? Let's take this from mindset to market. Let's talk about how to start shifting your energy. Today, not next week, not next year, not when you feel ready. You're never going to feel ready. You are gonna stay stuck and afraid right up until you feel the fear and do it anyways, right up until you jump off the flipping cliff.
You have to take action. Action creates clarity. Clarity creates momentum. Momentum creates sales. Sales create financial stability and the ability for you to invest in your. Life, your wellness, your family, your community, right? And that's what you're here to do. You are not here to play small. I am not here to play small.
I did not start this because I wanna walk around hiding from people. I felt called to do something bigger with my life and to make a, make an impact, honestly. And I wanna help other women do that too. So. Here are the steps that I can offer to you that I've gone through and that I continue to work on, and I will do these steps as well.
It's really important, um, to keep that, you know, forefront and foremost with this, is that I'm doing this work as well, and with, with the revisiting of these tools on, on a regular basis, I get stronger and better at it every time I practice it. So step number one is look at your audience match. Look at your audience match.
Are you speaking to ready to buy clients or are you speaking to people who expect you to prove your worth over and over again? So look at who you're speaking to with the words that you're using inside your marketing, inside your, you know, whatever content you're putting out there, whether it be on social media or if you're writing a blog, or if it's just conversations you're having with people in public spaces.
Look at the audience match. Are you speaking to the kind of person who's ready to buy? Or are you speaking to people who you have to prove something to? Step two is to audit your messaging, and these kind of go hand in hand. Okay? So just look at your content, the, the. The way you speak, the way you type things up and put them on a flyer or you know, a, a reel.
If you're creating reels and short form video, does your content position you as a trusted leader? Or are you the free advice machine? Are you the girl who's like, here's 10 steps to do five tips, six ways to do, do this or that? Which by the way, is great every once in a while, educational content. Can be very valuable, but it has to go hand in hand with aligned leadership energetics and that type of content is very different.
You are not giving away free advice when you're being a trusted leader. You are leading and showing them the pathway and if they want that, you know the actual how to, they're gonna work with you. And then step three is to practice visibility. Practice visibility as an energetic match. So announce your new prices, right?
Own it. Just go out to the public where, however you show up publicly and tell your people what they get when they work with you. Clarity, momentum, your years of experience, how you can take them from where they are now to where they're headed, distilled into X number of steps or X number of weeks or months working with you or, or if they use your product.
Right? And remember, it's not about charging more just to charge more. It's about claiming what feels aligned for the type of results that you create. So, and I want you to think about this visibility exercise like this. Imagine, okay. I'll give you a a real example. I am a woman with curly hair. Okay? My hair is a little bit, it can get frizzy, it can get really dried out, and I've, I've struggled with how to.
Treat it, condition it, what product to use to, to, to get to a place where I love the way that my hair, like, you know, how winds up looking and feeling after a shower or whatever. So I have searched the internet for a product that is the right hair product for my curly hair. And I've tried a lot of things and I've invested a lot of money searching for this solution to this problem.
And when I found. Uh, I actually use this amazing shampoo, it's called No Poo, and when I found it, I was so excited and it's a little bit pricey, and I did not care because I'd already invested so much money in things that were not a solution. And I joined their, you know, product membership and I happily pay their premium price to get the subscription shipped to my house because I love the way that it makes me feel and look, and I don't, you know, and I was searching for them when I found them.
I was so excited. Well, guess what? To find them, they had to become visible and put themselves out there in a way where I would know. That they had my solution. And so I want you to think about that. That person who you help is out there. She, he or she is out there. They are out there needing help, just like how you help people, okay?
There's people out there who are struggling with the problem that you solve and are searching for a solution. They might be searching for a coach, a guide, a program, a product. Like your service, whatever you do, and they can't find you. If you are not visible, they can't find you. So becoming more visible as an energetic match is about be like pulling back the curtain so that your dream clients can see you and find you and say, Hey, there she is.
Oh my God, this is a perfect match. I need that product. I need that service. This is exactly what I need. This is, and they're gonna be happy to pay you your premium prices. So it's really about claiming what feels aligned for the type of result you create. And of course, you guys do the research. What are the industry, you know, going prices?
What do other people charge? What feels right in your body? But if you get that icky, I'm gonna vomit feeling. I need you to look beneath the hood of the car and say, where is this about my belief system and where am I playing small? And where am I what? What did I get told as a child that makes me think I can't charge this price?
And go bring that stuff up to the surface and really look at it because my friend here is the truth. Your desire for more. More impact, more income, more ease in your life. It, it's not too much. It's exactly the thing that you are here to create for yourself. You're allowed to be well paid for the magic that you bring, period.
You are allowed to be, to receive in exchange for giving period and. So if you're loving this conversation, stick around because over the next couple of episodes, uh, I wanna dig deeper into some of the other energetic patterns that keep soul led, women stuck in underearning. Right? So in the next episode, I'm gonna talk a little bit about the energetics of taking up space and how to really become more visible without feeling like you have to convince everybody that they need to like you, right?
How to like ditch the nice girl energy and just. Do what you're here to do, and then I wanna get into really the energetics of selling and receiving so you can market without leaking all your power and crossing all your own boundaries. Both of which are things I have done many times and can speak from experience about how bad that feels.
So I just wanna help you not feel bad when you're doing this work too, right? This is going to help you feel better. And here's a little tease and a little surprise if you wanna take this further. I am creating something very special behind the scenes. It is not ready yet, um, but it's a private podcast, mini coaching series just for my listeners who want to be.

And that's it. That's how we're gonna start matching our strategy to the soul work, right? That's the important thing about this is like you're here to do big things. And like I said, at the be very beginning of the podcast, no amount of strategy can fix. A lack of self-worth. So here's to being brave enough to look at your energy leaks.
Um, here's to raising your prices with calm authority. Here's to being seen in your fullest worth. And I'm so proud of you for doing this with me, and I can't wait to keep unraveling this together in the mini series. So, um.
